What is the measurement of chicken for this dish? Best part of the chicken? Bone in? Seared before adding to the curry?
Thanks.
Umme Habiba
I use 600g of chicken on the bone for this curry dish. This includes a mix of drumsticks, thighs, breasts, wings and the back – so all parts of the chicken are incorporated. I keep the bones in as they add nice flavor to the curry. I don’t sear the raw chicken pieces first before adding them to the curry.
